CHI SIAMO

Il complesso nasce da un'antica costruzione ottocentesca realizzata in sasso e mattone che, fino a poco meno di un secolo fa, rappresentava una “stazione di posta” cioè un luogo di sosta, sulla via del Sempione, per le carrozze dei nobili milanesi che si recavano presso le località turistiche sui laghi e che trovavano qui ristoro e riposo per loro e per i cavalli.

Dopo una lunga e accurata ristrutturazione durata oltre 4 anni, che ha rispettato la tradizione architettonica lombarda del tempo, dallo stesso complesso viene ricavato un grazioso hotel di 16 camere dotate di ogni più moderno comfort.

Situato sulla s.s. 33 del Sempione, in un punto strategico della zona nord-ovest di Milano, l'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile sia dall'aeroporto di Linate seguendo la  tangenziale Ovest (uscita RHO), sia dall'aeroporto di Malpensa percorrendo l'autostrada MI-LAGHI (uscita LAINATE). Dall'hotel è inoltre molto agevole e rapido raggiungere il NUOVO POLO FIERISTICO di RHO-PERO localizzato anch'esso sulla statale 33 del Sempione a poco più di 8 Km di distanza.

'Antica Locanda del Villoresi' Hotel is extremely well known and appreciated for its unmistakable, rustic style and for its fascinating charm remembering a bygone era.

It was born of an old building which was a place where noble people stopped over and relaxed. The Locanda is situated in a very important crossroads leading to the main business and trading centres; it is in fact only 8 km away from the new exhibition stands in Rho and 15 km from Milan city centre.

The stonewalls, the rustic style of the indoor and the balustrade convey to this place its peculiar country style and do not detract the functionality of the whole complex, but on the contrary are a reason for taking much more care of it.

All this is confirmed by the comforts and the technologies making every room of our Locanda cosier and really congenial: soundproof rooms, air-conditioning, LCD TV and mini bar, direct line telephone and a personal bathroom with shower.

The 'Antica Locanda del Villoresi' counts in sixteen rooms mainly allocated on the first floor, Only two rooms are on the ground floor just in front of a lovely garden hidden by a high hedge and fenced on two sides by lush bushes of roses.

In this pleasant little garden there are two fine gazebos under which, during the sunny season, we can organize aperitifs and refreshments for you.
